Usually from behind the scenes, Aaron offers logistical and organizational expertise needed to make big ideas come to life as a producer in film and special events. He's fueled by living in his purpose and has a strong passion for serving others. Aaron is considered by many as one of Detroit's millennial change agents, making major contributions to the future of a resurging city.
Aaron has always found or created a path to do what he loves. Now one of the things he enjoys most is helping others figure out how to align their passions and skills sets with entrepreneurship and business. In 2014, he founded Passion MGMT, a production and management company based downtown Detroit. He works with and provides creatives, writers, designers and artists with business strategy and skills to maximize their talent and become strong entrepreneurs.
He also loves to work with youth. Aaron’s creative background and relatability to young people allow him to bring an innovative approach to community development. Specifically, he advocates for young Black men in Detroit who often experience similar adversities and circumstances he did growing up.
Over the last 4 years, Aaron has lead non-profits to create major place-making initiatives, sports, mentor-ship, and social emotional learning programs that have served more than 24,000 youth in the city of Detroit.
